
Who Started Coping International?
www.copinginternational.com was launched in December 2014 by Chevalier Vincent Doyle. Doyle studied Theology at Maynooth College and is an Old Boy of the Royal English College of Saint Alban, Valladolid, Spain. Doyle, a former Seminarian, Psychotherapist, author and poet tries to bring the Holy Spirit into this work at Coping. In 2023, Doyle was awarded a Knighthood for his services to the church by the Confraternity of the Knights of Saint Peter & Paul, focusing on the marginalised children of priests and religious and the betterment of their lives, awarding him the title, ‘Chevalier.’ In 2024 www.copinginternational.com celebrated its tenth anniversary online. In 2025, Coping began a period of professional consultation with the Pontifical Commission for the Safeguarding of Minors. Chevalier Vincent Doyle is a Psychotherapist who lives in the West of Ireland with his wife and children and four dogs.
